 "This sketch of the sea-coast of Kerala in India is done in monochromatic sepia medium using a simple sharpened reed - Kitto - and ordinary fountain pen ink. A Kitto was  originally used to improve the handwriting of young students in Boarding schools traditionally known as Gurukuls."
