Vitrio  Collection

This collection contains  glass paintings and etchings on textured or plain glass.

The medieval concept of stained glass is extended further in the modern context to provide painted art work on glass that can be incorporated into objects of daily use.

The emphasis in each case has been to enliven the built space by the use of appropriate colors and the inherent  properties of glass -  transparency, reflection and shininess.
