The following shall be the Terms
and Conditions applicable to all transactions and deals taking place through
this Web-Site.

Art Objects and Paintings once
sold shall not be exchanged or accepted back.

The Colors, Shades and
textures shown on the site are digitized versions of the original works
and minor variations in color, texture, brightness and contrast
(5% variation) are possible as compared to the original work. No dispute
shall be entertained regarding the variation of the digitized images
from the original work.

Our Art-work, paintings and
sketches are made with the use of the best available materials and
stationery. Some of these sketches are still intact and have retained
their colors, textures, and lustre for over a decade. Paintings
generally deteriorate in color, texture, lustre etc. over a passage of
time or due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat or
humidity and in such adverse conditions and the web-site
does not provide any guarantee for colors, framing materials, backing
materials, etc.

Shipping charges for inland
orders outside Ahmedabad area and international orders will have to be
borne by the Buyers as per the actual cost. Shipping is free for buyers
of the city of Ahmedabad, India.

Payments shall have to be made
in advance along with the fully completed confirmation form by cheque or
demand draft drawn out in favor of "Chirag A. Akruwala"
payable at Ahmedabad. The Art-Object / Painting shall be sent only after
the cheque or draft is cleared and the amount received.

In the event of the cheque or
draft being dishonoured, the same shall be sent back to the buyer and
the website shall be at liberty to sell the concerned art-work to the
same or any other buyer as the situation may be.

The Artist reserves the right
to sell or not to sell the Art-Object or painting to the highest bidder.
The painting may be sold to lower price bidders also depending on the
Artist's decision. The artist also reserves the right of not selling a
particular painting or Art-Object at all.
